Shipping Information

In Hot weather, all orders will be mailed out Monday through Wednesday depending on temperature.  As you can imagine, we take every precaution we can think of to prevent your chocolate from melting on its way to you.  Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the chocolate at the address you are shipping to.  Note that we may hold an order until the next Monday depending on temperature and heat indexes here where we are and where you are having the order shipped.

During the winter holidays, we will be shipping throughout the week. While we can not necessarily guarantee delivery by a certain date, as we have seen occasional USPS delays, we will do our best to get orders into the mail as soon as humanly possible for our small business. Usually they are on their way within a week. A tracking number and email will go out when we print the label for shipping. We also reserve the right to hand deliver your order to your address if you’re nearby.

Cru Chocolate typically ships domestically using USPS flat rate options.  If you would like International shipping please contact us directly.

All orders will be shipped with good wishes and may include insulation and free icepacks which we hope you will reuse or give to someone who needs to stay cool.
